Shipping Policy

We can’t wait for you to try our excellent products! Please bear in mind that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of despatch (rather from the moment you place your order). Each product is picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re working on it.

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all single item orders within 1 working day subject to stock levels, but normally the same working day as long as the order is received by 2 pm (Monday to Friday). Larger orders take their place in the queue and usually take 1 to 2 working days to process.

For example:

Single item orders placed between 2 pm Thursday and 1 pm Friday will normally be delivered on the following Monday.

Single item orders placed between 2 pm Friday and 1 pm Monday will normally be delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery – United Kingdom

We currently have the following delivery options available:

1st Class Small Parcel Delivery ( Royal Mail) – 1 to 2 working days – £3.85

The service is generally the next day but there is no guarantee on this. You can rearrange delivery should you miss your delivery or if you know you will not be able to personally sign, please put a comment of where the parcel can be left safely.

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you a replacement for the damaged items immediately. We require proof that the goods are damaged in transit.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been processed.

Delivery – EU Countries

Parcelforce Tracked and Signed  – £14.99

This service has a delivery time scale of 7-21 days.

Returns

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to the potential denaturing of the product.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.

Please note that if a product has been chosen to be shipped with an ‘untracked’ service, then we are not responsible for any product losses or damages of said product.

Warranty

Please refer to ‘best before dates on product packaging to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 12 months’ shelf life from when the product is dispatched.
